Hello. We're Severn Trent and we think water is wonderful. And we're pretty keen on people, too.

Which is why we are looking for Resourcing Consultant to join us on an 18- month fixed term contract in our Head office in Coventry.
Our people are what makes Severn Trent a truly exciting and inclusive place to work. We're a team of over 7,000 people with a purpose to deliver one of life's essentials.

We do it all while thriving in our unique culture and making a lasting difference to our planet, society, and careers.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

Working in Severn Trent's Human Resources team, this role will support the resourcing strategy for the Capital & Commercial Services resourcing team.

This is a Resourcing role where you will be spending your time attracting from the market the best possible talent, creatively using a range of attraction techniques, and engaging with the internal and external market to promote careers at Severn Trent.

In addition to the day-to-day activities above, you truly will be part of something bigger. You will have regular opportunities to support numerous Resourcing Projects, such as Industry events, our work with the Armed Forces, Societal Strategy and much much more, it really is a fantastic time to join the team

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE
This role could really appeal to an individual who has had an inroad to the world of recruitment already.

You may be currently within a recruitment sales role but keen to develop into an in-house recruitment role or may already be working in-house and now seeking a new challenge with a FTSE 100 business in the Midlands.

Either way you will have the right support around you to really grow and take your recruitment career forward, joining a forward thinking, high performing and innovative recruitment team.

You will need to be able to think independently and work well under pressure.

You will be comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders and will have the ability to build relationships at all levels.

You don't need recruitment, or HR experience to work well in this role - just a strong desire to build an empowering career in diverse, matrix organisation.

The right skills and experience are important. But if you have the right character, positivity, and a caring attitude we want to talk to you, too.

We welcome people from all walks of life and celebrate individuality as we know diverse minds, experiences and backgrounds help us to learn and better serve our communities.

We want people who show up and get involve.

Those who are ready to be part of something bigger and who want to make a difference because they care.

Is that you?
