Responsibilities:

General maintenance of the building
Basic plumbing jobs
Plastering, decorating and painting
Basic electric work
Completion of paperwork (fire drills, checking lighting etc)

The main priorities will be painting & decorating the rooms and corridors as well as completing the maintenance book.

Required to start ASAP

Part time 25 hours per week
