Description
The IT Business Engagement team are responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.

The team work with the business to roadmap IT requirements and acts as the glue between the business and IT to ensure successful delivery of the IT roadmap.

About the Role


Main responsibilities include but are not limited to liaising with internal departments to identify, define and manage project IT requirements, scope, and objectives.


You will also:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, schedules, plans and reports.
  • Vet and process business cases to define IT requirements.
  • Plan, organise and prioritise workloads, work on own initiative and to tight deadlines.
  • Set and work to timelines and milestones.
  • Track costs and assist with managing and maintenance of budgets to deliver projects.
  • Manage and coordinate between local and overseas vendors and other technical contractors.
  • Report and escalate to stakeholders as needed.
  • Work with both local and virtual teams that are geographically diverse.
  • Network and gain industry knowledge, including an "over the horizon" view.
  • Be responsible for risk and issue mitigation.
About You

You will be a creative problem solver with a practical, solution-focused approach.


You will have:

  • Experience in setting and working to timelines and milestones.
  • Experience in delivering highly technical IT solutions.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the Mobile Telecommunications Industry is an advantage.
