Recruitment Sales administrator


My client who have been established for circa 20 years are now looking for an Administrator to join their professional and friendly team of six consultants.


As a sales Administrator you will:
Give full support to the Recruitment Consultants and to the Finance Manager
- chasing CRB's, chasing references
- keeping clients and Consultants aware of the process

Putting CV's on CRM System

Organising visit bags/ mailer boxes for the week and ensure the right consultant has the correct merchandise.

Eclipse (recruitment database)
- updating and checking.

Reception duties - putting the caller through to the correct consultant.

General help when required/ competitor analysis etc.

Office housekeeping

Pool car maintenance management

Ensuring brochures are kept completed
- occasional changes to brochure information could be looked at
- creating a bespoke document for certain clients

Assist with Canva, with mail shots, cutting, stuffing & sticking
- or e-shots.

Assisting consultants with availability/calling Long terms/ futures

Helping to arrange appointments with consultants for registrations.

Occasional visits to clients to say thank you and support consultants

Registration packs and Compliance

Scanning documents

Reference Letters

Putting bookings onto the system.

Filing


Ideal Person:

Previous experience working within recruitment sector or education sector would be ideal

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

First class attention for detail

Highly organised and calm under pressure

A proactive nature and positive nature

Common sense approach

A passion and commitment to team work

Strong Administrative and IT skills with a knowledge of using social media and updating websites would be an advantage

A full UK driving licence and access to your own car is necessary, a company pool car will also be available, as occasional travelling might be required


Working hours:

9-6 with the possibility of working 7- 3 on a rota basis, with reduced hours during school holidays.


Salary & Benefits:

Annual basic salary circa 25k Depending on experience. Plus general annual bonus after three months

Incentives (including cash prizes, gifts, days out)

Loyalty is rewarded in an additional annual bonus after 4 years' service

25 days annual leave entitlement, holidays have to be taken during school holidays

A reduced timetable during school holidays in addition to annual leave.
