The Role
As the Head of Organisational Capability, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'' use your understanding of nuclear safety to ensure policies and processes meet the necessary requirements and laws.
- Day to day, you'll manage and enhance the organisational capability team to facilitate compliance with LC/AC 10,12 & 3
- Ownership and accountability of LC/AC 10/12/36 compliance
- Ensuring effective maintenance and development of DRDL Nuclear Baseline
- Reporting of baseline status to the executive
- Delivery of nuclear training programmes
Essential experience of the Head of Organisational Capability
- Experience within nuclear licenced/authorised operations
- Experience of managing / leading teams
- Experience of developing compliance arrangements
- Background of working in a highly regulated / high hazard environments
Qualifications required for the Head of Organisational Capability
- Preferably hold post graduate qualification
- Ideally hold STS Nuclear Modules 1 & 2
