Business Change Consultant - 6 months - Inside IR3- Remote - Consultancy / Agency

Explore Group have been fortunate enough to engage with a rapidly expanding consultancy business on an exclusive basis.

To date, my client has helped innovate a number of their customers on a global scale, doing so across the likes of Financial Services, Public Sector, Utilities and more.

The Role:

My client's now looking for an experienced Business Change Consultant to engage on one of their fantastic projects to innovate and build digital solutions and drive change roadmaps.

You will be working directly with 1 key client account.

Requirements:

3+ years in business change management or business readiness.
Experience working with programme workstreams to drive change - both behavioural & cultural.
Posses the ability to work with the people side of change, particularly helping teams / departments to adopt change.
Ability to work across stakeholders of all levels.
Previous exposure working with clients and delivering sustainable change initiatives with change managers.
Consultancy / Agency experience is a must have.
Rail and / or Public Sector industry exposure is a nice to have.
Ideally worked in SAFe environment or have SAFe Certification.
