THE POSITION
CANDIDATES
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS
- Have already acquired some experience within an administration role.
- Manage customer orders through the full process including data entry & relevant paperwork.
- Updating records along with invoicing and reporting.
- Communicating with all departments
- Stock control and operational use of our Sage 200 System
- Checking & auditing performance
- Promoting our company by being a brand ambassador.
- Constantly having a Great working relationship with all our team & customers.
- Follow through with our QMS & ISO standards
- Capable of solving issues using own process initiative
- Reporting all activity and progress to Managers & Company Directors.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Passionate about offering great level of service to our customers.
- Understanding within sales to industry.
- Basic knowledge of using a PC and MS Office Suite and other technologies.
- Previous use of ERP & accounting software preferably Sage 200
- Great communication skills.
