This is a senior post for a skilled and experienced construction professional to carry out construction site inspections on behalf of our clients.


We are looking for an experienced Safety Inspector/Auditor with skills and knowledge of the construction industry to join our team of highly specialised professionals.


The job involves visiting our clients' sites mainly across Scotland and Northern England, but may also requires travelling to other parts of the UK with potential overnight stays as and when required.

Our Site Health and Safety is pro-active and requires to provide quality coaching of our clients' workforce.

You will be able to work independently as well as part of a team and have the experience and confidence to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.


Key Duties;

  • Providing technical and Health & Safety services to a range of clients.
  • Reviewing and preparing Health & Safety documentation and reports.
  • Carrying out Health & Safety audits on a range of facilities and construction sites as necessary, reporting the findings with recommendations on corrective action and close out procedures.
  • Application of statutory and client specific Health & Safety regulations.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience;

  • In construction health and safety.
  • Relevant qualification in the Construction industry.
  • Relevant qualification and/or experience in Health & Safety.
  • Driving licence is essential for the post.
