Description

Day-to-day job/duties.

  • Sales Order Processing. *No cold calling
  • Working with the Sales / Purchasing Team.
  • Help with screening incoming calls.
  • Look after the filing and ensure a tidy office environment.
  • General nonadministrative tasks.
  • Book cabs and couriers.
  • Updating our database / contact lists.
  • Process external orders for our team to deliver.

Within this job role, you will also gain the knowledge and experience of some of the following:

  • An understanding of Flooring.
  • Raising Purchase Orders to Suppliers,
  • Sales Order Processing
  • Invoicing
  • Plus much more

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 or 08:30 - 17:30

From £21,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

COVID-19 considerations:
Staff / Visitors are required to meet current COVID-19 government guidelines. Surfaces are all sanitised regularly, with social distancing guidelines in place.


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • St Albans AL2 2DB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
