Salary £19, 000 - £21, 500 per annum plus commission
25 days holiday plus birthday

We are now seekinga highly competent and motivated Resourcer to enhance and support this exciting phase of the company's growth.

What is the purpose of the Resourcer role?
What will the Resourcer do?

  • Fulfil jobs by matching skills to roles and liaising with customers
  • Process all recruitment requests, including advertising on external Job Boards
  • Provide effective and professional support around recruitment & selection, supporting managers at interviews as required
  • Ensure all preemployment checks are complete and satisfactory including references, health questionnaires, DBS clearances.
  • Assisting Manager and Consultants in all Administrative duties.
  • Compiling lists for marketing and availability purposes.
  • Updating website and managing website chatbox.
What skills and experience will the Resourcer have?

  • Experience within a customer focussed environment.
  • Experience of working with Indeed, Job boards and LinkedIN will be beneficial
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organisation skills
  • Able to prioritise
  • Conversant on multiple CRM and data base packages
  • Some experience within a Sales office will be advantageous.
  • Able to multitask and prioritise workload and give support to a variety of tasks and functions.
  • Microsoft office, Word and Excel and experience of utilising a CRM system.
