Following the success of our FridgeHub launch, we are now able to expand and grow the FridgeDirect team.

Refrigeration is a vital part of everyday life, and our aim is to provide the most cost-effective, sustainable solution for our customers' enquiries.

You would be part of a friendly team who thrive on helping new and existing customers select the correct equipment for their needs.

Your main duties will be to:

Pro-actively develop sales and help increase market share for the supply of refrigeration equipment to engineering companies within the refrigeration and air conditioning trade, mainly via telephone.
Once business is secured, you will maintain contact with customers through our sales processes
Acquire the necessary selling skills, product knowledge and understanding of company policy to present the correct information during a sales call (full and thorough training will be provided)
Process sales from initial quotation through to placing the order on our systems for delivery, thus maintaining service levels to your customers
Confidence on the phone, combined with tenacity and a sense of achievement when an order is secured

This role is Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
