Job role:
Construction Craft Trainer / Assessor
Reports to:
Construction Manager
Responsible for:
Delivering high quality training surrounding the knowledge and skills required within our Foundation Apprenticeships, Modern Apprenticeships and Commercial Training courses for the Construction sector.

Qualities and Characteristics:
- Experience of working within the Painting and Decorating or Carpentry / Joinery sectors
- A strong desire to support young people into the world of work
- Be a positive, friendly and enthusiastic team player
- Have a passion for continually enhancing your professional knowledge and practice
- Have a genuine interest in people and a curiosity of what drives behaviours
- Have a high level of selfawareness, with the confidence to introspect and continue to grow

Desirable
- Knowledge of the training sector would be advantageous but not essential
Package
- Salary Banding £24,000 to £30,000 per annum
