Job role:
Construction Craft Trainer / Assessor


Reports to:
Construction Manager


Responsible for:


Delivering high quality training surrounding the knowledge and skills required within our Foundation Apprenticeships, Modern Apprenticeships and Commercial Training courses for the Construction sector.

Qualities and Characteristics:


  • Experience of working within the Painting and Decorating or Carpentry / Joinery sectors
  • A strong desire to support young people into the world of work

  • Have a genuine interest in people and a curiosity of what drives behaviours

Desirable

  • Knowledge of the training sector would be advantageous but not essential

Package

  • Salary Banding £24,000 to £30,000 per annum

£24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
