Job purpose

The role will handle the order to Invoice process within Hill's Best Practice standards on effectively supporting order to invoice fulfillment.

Accountable for successful order management and supervising all aspects of the customer service process to assure timely deliveries to Customers.

Handles the customer service relationship by serving as the primary contact point for communications related to orders and deliveries.

Supports the day to day operations of the digital tools such as Hill's Loyalty Scheme, Hill's Staff Feeding Scheme and UK Online Vetshop.

What you will do:

Responsible for supporting day to day Loyalty and Staff Feeding claims by customers
Collaborate with internal Teams to investigate and resolve order management and delivery issues.
Effectively support order to invoice fulfillment, including: New item launches, SKU transitions/substitutions, Prolonged stock issues, Investigate and resolve order management and delivery issues
Participate in promotional strategies on Hill's Vetshop
Daily admin tasks
Update weekly reports
Verify the cashback requests made from the Hills Loyalty Scheme customers

Required Qualifcations & Competencies

A University Degree would be an advantage
Excellent computer literacy (Google Suite, Excel)
High level of accuracy for entering data and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
Great written and verbal communication skills
Planning and organization skills with ability the to prioritize workloads
