Weekdays are Mon-Thurs - 08:30 - 17:00 and Fridays 08:30 - 14:30

Key Responsibilities
Manage the filing of documents
Scanning and copying of documents
Maintain databases
Answering the telephones
Supporting the project coordinators
Communicate with employees, vendors, and customers
Other associated office tasks
Comply with Company regulations, statutory requirements and procedures
Adhere to Euravia's procedures and work instructions to achieve excellence in Customer Support practices and compliance with (but not limited to) ISO, CAA, EASA and FAA requirements
Have basic or above knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel
Be creative and well organised
Adaptability
Be able to work on their own and as part of a team
Have good written and verbal communication skills as well as good numeracy
Attention to detail
