Key Responsibilities:


  • Deliver personcentered care to individuals in accordance with their care plans.
  • Assist with meal times, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.
  • Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of care provided.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with the broader care team to ensure comprehensive and holistic support.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role.
  • Registration with Social Care Wales is essential.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and committed to providing highquality care.

Working Hours:


  • 19:30 pm to 07:30 am

Pay:


  • Competitive hourly rate of £10.42.
