About the Role

:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Estates Team as our next Site Co-ordinator.

You'll lead, manage and motivate the NTU Building Maintenance Operatives, comprising of multiple trades disciplines, and external providers to deliver maintenance tasks necessary to keep buildings safe, operational, and compliant with all relevant statutory legislation and ensuring adherence to Health and Safety guidelines.
