About the company
Sedgwick Resource Solutions are recruiting property claims handlers to work with one of our major clients, within a well-established property claims team.
You will deal with property claims from cradle to grave working with adjusters and other support team members to close out your portfolio of claims.

Key Responsibilities:
- Previous experience in property claims handling
essential: - Excellent customer service
- Manging claims from first notification of loss through to settlement
- Making informed decisions as well as using empathy and understanding to assess each claim
- Identify and evaluate evidence
- Avoid fraudulent claims
- Listens and responds to people effectively
- Manage your own caseload

- Proven skills in developing and maintaining close working relationships
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills
- Good investigation skills
- Desirable IT skills and proficient in using MS Word and Excel
- Quick learner with the confidence to ask questions
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
- Cooperates and works well with others in the pursuit of team goals
