We are working with a fully independent Financial Planning practice to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator. The organisation are market leaders in the Financial Planning industry. They are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator who can complement their existing team. The role will be working with the Head of Administration to help and contribute to the overall administration function.

The client is looking to recruit an individual from a Financial Planning/Wealth Management background, to be considered you should have a minimum of 2 years experience in the industry and a good understanding of the market.

The client is well known for providing high quality training and support to their staff, as a result they have a low staff turnover.

You will be joining a growing company where there will be opportunities to progress.

They are offering a strong overall package including: basic salary to £28,000 + bonus and company benefits including - generous holiday allowance, PMI, Pension, Group Life and much more.

They also offer flexible working with 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.
