Maintenance Administrator, our client specialise in residential ventilation systems.

As a leading UK manufacturer, we design, produce, and install a wide range of products, from market leading heat recovery ventilation units to high performance window vents.

Maintenance Team, helping us to meet the needs of our growing business.

The Role

  • Scheduling maintenance works & coordinating a team of maintenance engineers.
  • Synchronising engineers' digital diaries for all maintenance works ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Data management including generating, updating, and maintaining existing records.
  • Tracking and recording parts ordered from suppliers with emphasis on required completion dates.
  • Effectively communicating job status' to client.
  • Generating statistics to communicate progress at management meetings.
  • Liaising with engineers to ensure material stock levels are maintained.
  • Acting as initial point of contact for enquiries and queries on behalf of installation coordinator.
Key Skills

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role with an excellent customer service manner.
  • Strong communication skills when liaising with tenants and clients.
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft packages in particular MS Excel / outlook.
  • Excellent record keeping.
  • Well organised / able to work to deadlines and prioritise workload.
  • Effective team member.
  • Good work ethic to timekeeping and productiveness.
  • Organised and selfmotivated.
  • Administrative experience within construction / social housing industry desirable but not essential.
The Person

  • 2 Years+ Experience within a Customer Service setting.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Competent with use of Microsoft Office.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and flexible.
  • Positive and highly customer service focused.
  • Strong team player and excellent interpersonal skills.
Remuneration

  • Salary Circa £19.5k £22k p/a (Based on experience)


  • Working Hours: Mon

  • Thurs (8.30am to 5pm), Friday (8.30am to 2.30pm hr Week)
  • Company Pension Contribution
