Hazel Tree Education are supporting an 'Outstanding' specialist secondary school in Hindley in their search for a Learning Support Assistant to work with learners on a full-time, long-term basis.

Monday

  • Friday, 8:25am 3:05pm.


The role is supporting learners aged 11-19 with a range of complex needs where an element of personal care may be required.


The school prepares young people for the future and helps them to develop the skills and qualities they will need to make a positive contribution to the community.


  • Right to work in the UK
  • Experience working with children in a formal setting e.g. residential/school
  • An empathetic, resilient and compassionate nature
  • Willingness to undertake additional training and opportunities for Continuous Professional Development
  • At least two references including most recent/current employer
  • A DBS on the Update Service or the means to acquire one
