Blaenau-Gwent are seeking an exceptional Team Secretary to join our dynamic Integrated Community Resource Team. We are searching for individuals who are self-driven, passionate and eager to make a real difference to people's lives.

You will be working within the Community Resource Team and you will develop strong links with colleagues in health and social care.


Our CRT is a collaborative effort between the Aneurin Bevan Health Board and Blaenau Gwent Social Services, dedicated to providing individuals with the right intervention at the right time, from the right professional(s).

As a Team Secretary you will be an integral part of the wider multidisciplinary service comprising of Social Workers, Physiotherapists, Rapid Response Team, Community ward's, Reablement and Home Care.


The Community Resource Team's (CRT), function is to work with people to enable them to be supported in their own home wherever possible, this includes providing a range of preventative interventions in conjunction with our Social Care partners.

The Team is made up of a range of professionals from Health & Social Care.


The post holder will be the first point of contact for the team and will support the CRT Manager to undertake their role.

This will involve extensive communication across the wider organisation and agencies/colleagues.


The post holder may be required to support a range of meetings which will include scheduling and arranging meetings, the compilation of agenda's and the taking and transcribing of formal minutes / action notes.

An understanding of the NHS organisation is essential.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
