Reed HR are working with a Public Sector Organisation based in Central London to recruit an Internal Recruiter on a full-time, Interim basis until the end of March 23 initially with the possibility of extension.

Pay rate will be deemed Inside IR35 at £250- £340 per day (depending on either PAYE or Umbrella payment option).

This job will operate on a hybrid working model with some days worked both in the office and from home each week.

The main purpose of this job will be to lead on the end-to-end recruitment process for a volume of vacancies within the organisation.

You will be recruiting for various permanent and contract roles as required by Stakeholders and Line Managers.

Some of the roles and responsibilities of this job are as follows:

Deliver on a volume of recruitment as required by Line Managers for a variety of permanent and contract vacancies within the business
Develop and maintain relationships with Stakeholders at all levels across the organisation
Support with any adhoc projects as required

This is a professional and demanding Recruitment and Resourcing focussed role, that is very hands on.

To be successful, it is essential that you have experience managing high volume recruitment campaigns, as well as experience with ATR systems.
