The Role

Due to continual growth and expansion, we are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Relations Advisor to assist us in the day to day management of tasks.

You will be in charge of supporting the wider Customer Service Team and assisting them in finding the right solutions.

Your main duties will include:

Proven experience as a sales advisor or other customer service/sales role, ideally within the automobile/car hire industry
Excellent data entry/integrity
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Tech savvy with working knowledge of computer systems, databases and CRM systems
Able to balance a customeroriented and a resultsdriven approach
Patient and comfortable in dealing with complaints
Professionalism and outgoing personality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities

We are looking for somebody with great problem solving and customer service skills, who can think proactively and find solutions quickly and effectively.
