Description
I am looking for a home based Sales Administrator, following up incoming leads, generating quotes, processing orders, CRM and client relationship management and general admin support for sales.
Salary is £25Kpa plus £1K per month bonus on a 1 year maternitycover contract starting mid March. The role is fully remote.- Planning and prioritising sales support activities and customer / prospect contact towards achieving agreed sales targets.
- Following up all incoming leads on a timely basis and capturing details of each prospect accurately on the customer database.
- Sending appropriate information and tracking progress of all subscription renewals within assigned customer group.
- Ensuring all post sales activities are carried out effectively in a timely fashion
- Ensuring the effective use of company systems in all internal engagements and sales interactions
- Ensuring effective and timely management of the Cadline subscriber base
- Dealing with customer enquiries and providing quotations, information and supporting literature.
- Taking orders and liaising with Order Processing to ensure they are fulfilled.
- Supporting the overall sales team and the service delivery team in meeting customer needs.
- Liaising with suppliers and distributors to maintain product and price lists.
