Description

I am looking for a home based Sales Administrator, following up incoming leads, generating quotes, processing orders, CRM and client relationship management and general admin support for sales.

Salary is £25Kpa plus £1K per month bonus on a 1 year maternitycover contract starting mid March. The role is fully remote.

  • Planning and prioritising sales support activities and customer / prospect contact towards achieving agreed sales targets.
  • Following up all incoming leads on a timely basis and capturing details of each prospect accurately on the customer database.
  • Sending appropriate information and tracking progress of all subscription renewals within assigned customer group.
  • Ensuring all post sales activities are carried out effectively in a timely fashion
  • Ensuring the effective use of company systems in all internal engagements and sales interactions
  • Ensuring effective and timely management of the Cadline subscriber base
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and providing quotations, information and supporting literature.
  • Taking orders and liaising with Order Processing to ensure they are fulfilled.
  • Supporting the overall sales team and the service delivery team in meeting customer needs.
  • Liaising with suppliers and distributors to maintain product and price lists.
