Main duties of the Sales Negotiator:

  • Registering new applicants
  • Negotiating with all parties involved to ensure the best outcome is achieved
  • Arranging and carrying out viewings
  • Delivering the best customer service to both applicants & vendors
  • Managing the process from offer agreed to completion

Character profile of the Sales Negotiator:

  • Confident & personable
  • Full UK Drivers license
  • Enjoy & thrive working under pressure and hitting KPIS
  • Driven to succeed
  • Work well in a team as well as independently
