Why are they always advertising for new staff? I'm pleased to say, staff retention is as good as ever, we are simply expanding again We have grown from just 2 employees in 2018 to 12 with yet another exciting opportunity.

At Smart Dental Academy we are constantly seeking to improve and provide the best possible training for our apprentices.

We have recently completely revamped our training model leading to another exciting opportunities for an enthusiastic, dynamic and highly motivated individual, able to work on their own initiative and also within a team, to join our Smart Dental Academy family.

The tutor post will require you to plan and deliver teaching and learning that engages and challenges learners to develop new skills, behaviours, and knowledge.

The theoretical knowledge will be delivered in a classroom-based environment.

As an assessor you will be required to visit learners in practice to carry out workplace observations and performance reviews, throughout the Northwest of England and therefore a full driver's licence is essential.

You may be required to cover both roles, to meet the needs of the business.

The position is full time - Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00.

Pay:
£25,350 - £29,250 per year

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
