Description
The Talent Coordinator will work as part of the talent team which sits within the wider HR function. This role will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and will be responsible for all talent related coordination.The Talent Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Prescreen and qualify new applicants in order to create a refined shortlist for requisitions.
- Write and post job adverts against the job description provided
- Responsible for the coordination of booking interview rooms
- Support with the onboarding process for new starters
- Set up Inductions for new starters
- General office administration including working extensively in Excel
Talent Coordinator Skills:
- Previous experience gained within a HR administration, recruitment administration or office administration based role.
- Experienced in Excel from and general overall IT user
- Must be customer centric and be able to provide excellent customer service to applicants and new starters
- Proactive, forward thinking and solutions oriented
- Methodical, accurate and able to prioritise workload
