Level 1 IT Support Analyst
Are you a Level 1 IT Support Analyst looking for your next exciting opportunity?

Our partner is a leading software company looking for a Level 1 IT Support Analyst to join their growing team.

They provide business management software to small and mid-sized organisations across different countries.

As the 1st Line Support Analyst, it is essential to have had experience working within Windows environments as well as having exposure to Active Directory within an IT support setting.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Support Analystto develop their career.

Skills required for the Level 1 IT Support Analyst:

A passion for computers with strong practical knowledge of PC hardware and software
Networking and laptop troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of Windows server and Office 36
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Experience within an IT support role

Level 1 IT Support Analyst / 1st Line Support Analyst / Support Engineer / Office 365 / Windows

Salary:
£30,000-£35,000 per year + Excellent benefits

Location:
Cork, Ireland (Hybrid 2 days per week)
