Higos Insurance Service Ltd are looking for a Commercial Sales Introducer to join our successful team, the main purpose of the role will be to generate business opportunities for the commercial sales teams.
Your primary responsibility will be contacting existing and potential customers to promote Insurance products and services that meet their business needs.
This entry level role offers the opportunity to gain insurance qualifications and progress within a successful and diverse broking business.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
- Develop a good understanding of our product and service offerings
- Direct prospects and leads to the Commercial Sales Teams
- Track and document calls and sales whilst maintaining an updated customer database
- Working closely with the Commercial Manager to help shape effective and efficient processes to maximize results.
- Desire to exceed monthly targets and KPI's
- Ensure procedures and policies for risk and compliance are adhered to
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience of Telesales or similar contact centrebased role's desired but not essential as full training will be provided
- Ability and willingness to learn about products and service specifications and benefits
- Team player
- Good timemanagement and organisational skills
- Great interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Competent use of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Desire to develop and progress their career within the financial service's sector
