Production Supervisor

Evo Personnel are acting as an employment agency and we are looking to recruit a Production Supervisor for our prestigious manufacturing client in the Blackburn area.

Salary & Package
£30, £35,000.00 DOE.

Shifts
Busy periods Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00.

Quieter periods - Day shift Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

Lead a large team of Operatives in a manufacturing environment.

Previous experience of managing team performance.

Mentor, develop and grow the internal team.

Work closely with other departments.

Process documentation and administration.

Organise stock, materials and schedules.

Use lean management, such as 5s.

Have a strong understanding of Health & Safety.

Be hands on, support with operations and be flexible with working hours in busy periods.

A strong understanding of IT and computer systems.

Exceptional organisation and communication skills.

Have previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will be required to lead a team, support development within the team and build rapports with new & existing team members to push the business forward.

You'll need to be flexible with your working hours and ensure production is running at full capacity. You'll need to have experience with lean management, as you'll need to implement this into the business.
