Job Title:
Production Operatives x 5


Salary:
£9.50 to £12.50


Location:
Edenbridge


Hours:
Various Shifts available, shifts are 12 hours

WK1 Mon/Tue and Sat 6.00 to 18.00

WK2 Wed/Thur and Fri 06.00 to 18.00

Overtime as extra is available


The Role
This role is based in the Edenbridge, Kent area. Own transport would be a major advantage for early morning starts, multiple start times available

This busy company are looking for experienced warehouse and production operatives to join a rapidly growing team.

They are looking for temp to perm staff so if you impress them, you may get a job offer If you do become one of their full-time team there is the opportunity to get pay rises when you progress to learn new machines on the production line


Key Duties
You will be working in different area of the production line. This may be on the stripping bay, or you may be trained to use the machines. You will be expected to follow strict health a safety rule


Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative or a Production Operative would be a major advantage


Person Profile


You must be reliable and punctual as it can affect the whole production if people are late or don't show up for work.

You must be happy working on your feet all day in a busy warehouse / production environment


Training
Basic company induction will be given on day 1. After this you will have training as you go.

Those who show the most potential can be moved to other areas of production with more responsibility and potential to be offered a permanent role.
