ROLE - Routine Maintenance Engineer

LOCATION - Worcestershire

SALARY - £30,000 - £35,000

We have partnered with a global specialist in the Worcestershire area who are renowned for servicing the construction and mining industries worldwide who are now looking to hire for multiple positions in their Maintenance Engineering team as a result of developmentand growth.

The company have a wide product range and specialise in new & refurbished equipment which is deployed in a number of industries and environments.

The Routine Maintenance Engineers play a vital role in supporting a long list of regular customers, maintaininghigh levels of communication with internal and external stakeholders whilst delivering on agreed objectives and targets.


Responsibilities for the Routine Maintenance Engineer include:

  • Carrying out pre-planned maintenance on customer machinery
  • Completing task specific job sheets, RAMS and PDI sheets
  • Carrying out post service walk around inspections, identifying any further service requirements
  • Troubleshooting and repairing equipment with reactive maintenance techniques

Skills & experience required for this Routine Maintenance Engineer include:

  • Experience working with heavy plant machinery
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • SPA or CSCS training
  • Working at heights training / IPAF
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance or equivalent
