We are recruiting a Site Supervisor for our site in Southampton.

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate, support and maintain an effective FM delivery program for all FM sectors taking into account client needs and contract deliverables
  • Day to day support of contract deliverables
  • Handle client communications directly with stakeholders and via site tools such as internal Yammer and Site Portal
  • Day to day support to the Soft Services Manager
  • Responsible for compliance with client business and financial controls requirements
  • Support the CBRE office administration function to enable an effective service to internal customers
  • Take accountability for assignments as requested by site manage, including rebranding programs, supplier change or evaluation programmes, data gathering exercises, market research and benchmarking costs and services
  • Actively engage in a positive safety culture
  • Feasibility studies
  • Coordinating preparation for client related VIP visits and events

Qualifications:


  • Full driving licence
  • Facilities management experience, demonstrating continuous career development in the field
  • Health and Safety qualification
  • IOSH minimum, NEBOSH certificate (preferred) with willingness to undertake additional training if required
  • Qualifications to include core high level GCSE English and Maths, higher education such as NVQ/Degree in Business / Facilities Management
  • Familiarity with client CMMS operation
  • Experience of working in a highly regulated industrial environment
  • Previous supervisory or managerial experience preferrable
