One Property Recruitment are seeking a Resident Services Associate for one of the leading Build to Rent operators in the UK.

You will be managing one of the most well established and successful developments in the area, so a passion for customer service and the development offering will be a must.

You will be surrounded by a great team who work collaboratively to create an amazing experience for the residents who live there.

The development is less than 5 years old and so comes with all the high quality amenities that Build to Rent is renowned for - private on-site residents gym, communal work spaces, private cinema/dining areas and a games area for entertaining.

The office is based on-site so you get the opportunity to talk to the residents, build relationships, and really understand the community that lives there.


The core duties of the position include:

  • Assist in providing best in class customer service to ensure the residents love where they live
  • Assisting in the lettings process including viewings and admin, and communicating well with residents moving in/out
  • Consistent communication with the maintenance and facilities team, communicating issues and ensuring they are dealt with as they arise
  • Assisting with valueadd promotions such as resident events, competitions, etc.
  • Handle complaints and escalate (where required) to the General Manager


My client are refreshingly different in their management approach, they genuinely focus on service and a strong team environment and you will have support through their central office function for many of the admin tasks and processes so that you can really concentrate on being proactive and creating a happy and helpful experience for the residents.

Salary/benefits

  • Up to £26,000pa
  • Up to 10% discretionary bonus
