Dalgety has a state-of-the-art cannabis facility in Staffordshire, which is licenced by the Home Office and Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) to produce medical cannabis.

Dalgety are specialists in the production of consistently high-grade cannabinoids for use in prescription medication.


About the Role
In this role, you will work in the Grow Team to produce the highest-quality cannabis crop.

You will join a team of enthusiastic growers and be involved with the whole growing operation from crop planning through to harvest.

Daily tasks will involve preparing irrigation mixes, transplanting and pruning. You will also play a part in the drying, packaging and despatch of the product.

We are looking for a passionate growers, that are confident in cultivation, plant nutrition and harvest. No previous experience in growing cannabis is required, although may be favoured.

Salary negotiable depending on experience

Normal hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, there will be occasional weekend work to provide cover.
