Job description

We are seeking a Project Officer to join our small, health and wellbeing team.

Our values are important to us so you will be passionate about working for a charity and want to have a positive influence on our culture and values.

You will have primary responsibility for the North Kensington Self-Care project.

You will be processing referrals, assisting in the process of commissioning new services, monitoring the programme and managing the financial payments system.

You will be engaging with small voluntary and community organisations, working closely with colleagues.
