Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time


Your role:


In this pivotal leadership role you will sit within the Salesforce Centre of Excellence (CoE), where you will be responsible for driving growth of and maturing our digital and Salesforce offers in the Energy Utilities and Transition (EUT). Working with our Head of Salesforce and our overall digital EUT Lead and our market unit VP's you will set the Salesforce GTM for Capgemini.
**This role is a unique change to have a hugely positive impact on our clients, whilst growing our relevance and footprint and managing an annual portfolio of up to £25m.

Your skills and experience:


You will come from a delivery background, but with a passion for delivery-led selling, market and proposition development in a consulting environment.
**You will have a strong network with Salesforce and the broader Salesforce Ecosystem and/ or a deep market understanding of EUT
**The work

Working with our market units, Salesforce and other lines of business you will spearhead our Salesforce growth strategy into key clients and EUT market sub-sectors.

You will be accomplished and comfortable working as a peer at CxO level and will build trust at this level in a senior delivery/ advisory capacity. You will build client and market specific plans and leverage our partners and team of experts to execute successful outcome for our clients.
**This is not a purely business development role and you will carry a utilisation target of 50% where you will play lead roles in one or more of our critical accounts

Your security clearance:


To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.

There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.

There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
