What will you be doing?

Main responsibilities of the role include:

  • To liaise with managers on their recruitment needs to allow drafting of job descriptions and person specifications, adverts etc.
  • Maintaining the Training Control Log
  • Monitoring and booking catering for training, Stationary supply ordering and refreshment ordering.
  • Invoice control
  • Training course preparation including course materials, refreshments and room set up.
  • Look for opportunities to build / enhance / improve the training department.
  • Support the Group Trainer in delivering industry leading training.
This role is 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, start and finish times to be agreed.


Who are we looking for?

Successful applicants will:

  • Be CIPD qualified or equivalent.
  • Have previous recruitment experience, ideally in a resourcing capacity.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Be able to multi task and prioritise effectively.
  • Show an ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Demonstrate high levels of confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Work to a high level of accuracy and exhibit excellent organizational skills.
  • Possess good IT skills, particularly with MS Outlook and Excel.
