Rate:
£12.50 per hour

Contract Length: 12 months with the view of this being extended long term


Location:
Bracknell,

Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am - 4.30pm/5pm dependant on call rota)

Hybrid working model - 2 days in the office, 3 from home - during training period there will be an expectation to be in the office full time initially

The main aim and primary function of this role is split into 2 parts.


Order Processing:

  • Accurate manual order entry within GRP system
  • Carry out 4 eyes quality check on colleagues orders
  • Releasing orders and generate outbound messages to 3PL providers
  • Upgrading delivery routes to meet customer expectations
  • Identifying order related issues and escalate to CSTL's in a timely manner to avoid order delay

Enquiries:

  • Answering incoming calls and making call backs
  • Managing Order acknowledgment failures
