As part of an exciting growth period for the team, we are looking for a PPC Lead to join our paid media team based in Leeds.

Our Paid team has gone from strength to strength since we launched 4 years ago, and we have nearly doubled the headcount of the team this past year alone

Responsibilities:


  • Support the paid media team to deliver best in class PPC campaigns.
  • Be a key player and demonstrate thought leadership to help drive our PPC offering forward
  • Develop high performing campaigns and strategies in conjunction with Group Head of PPC and Paid Media Director that grow client's bottom line revenue / profitability
  • Work with our Strategy and Solutions team to ensure we are measuring the effectiveness of our activity on our clients business performance.
  • Work within a testing style framework to drive accounts forward.
  • Develop connected strategies with wider channels e.g. SEO
  • Delegation of tasks to Paid Media Managers and Executives
  • Training and mentoring of Paid Media Managers and Execs
  • Regularly perform detailed data analysis with strong recommendations that will drive performance forward.
  • Have oversight of your portfolio of clients budget pacing
  • Direct reporting larger narratives ensuring insights and ideas / recommendations
  • Help support, and potentially lead new business pitches and proposals for PPC
  • Attend and lead client calls where appropriate
  • Track and deliver tasks through a project management system
  • Regularly post thought leadership on LInkedin, create blogs, videos and be an active contributor to our marketing
  • Attend supplier meetings to grow knowledge of paid media landscape

Requirements:


  • At least 4 years' experience in a paid media role working across PPC
  • At least 3 years experience of client communications
  • Solid presenting and client facing experience
  • Strong understanding of tracking and tagging
  • Growth focused & always willing to embrace a challenge and learn with a curious nature
  • Google qualified
  • Confident communicator and ability to build relationships
  • Be able to understand and highlight the story behind KPIs
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrable ability to work to deadlines
  • Analytical way of working
  • Collaborative worker and allround team player
