Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Management Accountant based in Southampton. This will be a permanent role to start ASAP. The post holder will be working for an established manufacturing company.

Overview of this Management Accountant role:

Providing financial support to the Managing Director and General Manager
Producing weekly sales reports and analysis
Taking ownership of purchase ledger
Month end processing
VAT Returns
Credit control and debtors ledger
Performing balance sheet reconciliations and journal posting
Control of cash flow
Performing calculations, monthly, for input of salary data to external agency for processing
Monitoring fixed assets
Monday to Friday :30

Person Specification:

Fully competent with Microsoft Office packages
Previous knowledge of SAGE accounting packages
Keen interest in working with new technologies within the bookkeeping and accountancy profession
Dynamic, intelligent, outgoing and confident
