Nursery Assistant

Oxford

£10.60- £13.00 ph

Are you passionate about working with children and looking to start a career in childcare? We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our agency as Nursery Workers in the Oxford area.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to the growth and development of young children.

Duties:

Assisting qualified nursery staff in daily activities and routines
Supporting children with play and learning activities
Assisting with meal times, snack times, and personal care routines
Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the nursery
Engaging in positive and interactive communication with children and staff

Requirements:

Genuine interest in working with children
Ability to provide a warm, caring, and supportive environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliability and punctuality
A positive and flexible attitude
Willingness to learn and follow instructions from qualified staff
Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Please note that this position is suitable for unqualified individuals who are looking to gain experience and begin a career in childcare.

No formal qualifications are required, but any relevant training or certificates will be considered a plus.

We will work around your availability regarding shifts and hours. Standard shifts for these clients typically begin between 8:00-9:00 am and end between 5:00-6:00 pm
