T2M Resourcing are working on behalf of a successful market leading company who have an opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join their team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone to really make their mark in the business joining at a time of projected growth.
- Competitive Salary £23,000 to £28,000 dependant upon experience
- Office based
- you will support the day-to-day functions of the accounts department from the sales and purchase ledgers to the daily cash postings and bank reconciliations.
- Cash allocation
- Daily cashbook postings
- Assisting with the annual audit
- VAT checks on all invoices
- General accounting administration
- Previous accounting experience including accounts receivable, credit control and general accounting
- Ideally you will have previous experience in either the manufacturing, engineering, automotive or FMCG sector
- Studying towards AAT
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, analytical and numerical abilities
- Able to adapt to new systems, work proactively with the systems to efficiently gather data and analyze them.
- Good written, verbal communication and collaborative skills
