Working for local authority and commercial clients

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced operative with a broad knowledge of internal and external property maintenance skills.

To be considered for this job you must have:
Requirement Full Clean Driving Licence.

Experience in multi skilled duties relating to building maintenance and refurbishment.

Brickwork and plastering skills would be advantageous.

Person Specification

• Previous experience in working in a repairs and maintenance service, relating to commercial and domestic properties.

Demonstrates knowledge of health and safety legislation as it relates to the repairs and maintenance service.

Experience of managing a variable workload and of managing competing demands.

Extensive knowledge of servicing, maintenance and repair work.

Wages starting at 28k (can be negotiated based on experience).
