Admin Assistant

Luxury Jeweller, Leeds

4 or 5 days per week

Up to £30,000

The Opportunity


Play a leading and critical role in one of the UK's most prestigious and exciting jewellery businesses knowing your impact matters.


You will have experience in an admin role, and be available to join an exciting, market-leading heritage brand with a stunning store in the centre of Leeds.

How you will deliver


You will be an integral part of the team in one of the most famous jewellery businesses in the UK.

You will be responsible for a range of tasks to support the running of the business.

  • Balance daily cash and submit summary to head office
  • Manage petty cash
  • Maintain record of branch sales and figures
  • Manage invoices from suppliers
  • Have responsibility for branch stocktaking
  • Maintain stock records
  • Ensure all sales have been correctly processed
  • Typing
  • Maintain company databases
  • Telephone duties
  • Filing
  • Coordinate PR and photo shoots for the showroom

Your skills and experience

  • Previous admin experience is essential
  • Excellent computer and IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised
  • Flexible to attend events in the showroom
  • A basic knowledge of jewellery or a desire to learn would be desirable
