Are you a talented and ambitious Senior Lawyer looking for your next exciting opportunity? Yolk is thrilled to support our prominent client in their search for a Senior Lawyer to strengthen their high-value residential offering within the dynamic Conveyancing Services Team.

In this role, you'll work closely with experienced professionals, including the Partner and Head of Conveyancing Services, to deliver innovative solutions that make a real impact.

This is what you'll be doing
As a Senior Lawyer in the Real Estate team your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:

Take a leadership role in the growth and development of the Conveyancing Services Team.
Lead on crucial matters while supervising and collaborating with junior team members, ensuring exceptional client service.
Partner with colleagues to enhance skills at every level, providing seamless support to clients throughout highvalue residential transactions.
Play an active role in the recruitment, retention, and development of your team, ensuring continuous technical skills enhancement.

You will bring the following experience as a Senior Lawyer in the Real Estate team:

Extensive senior-level experience and a strong client following in the field of residential conveyancing.
Proven business development acumen, forging new client relationships and expanding existing ones.
Outstanding communication and relationshipbuilding skills, thriving under pressure while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Track record of providing commercial and practical advice, demonstrating a solid understanding of client needs.
