Description

We are looking for strong software engineer passionate about technology and financial markets to join our Quant Strat teams in London to work closely with the Quantitative Investment Strategy desk.

Your role will consist in expanding our Index productsoffering by evolving and developing our data platform both on the technological aspects and on the market data analytics and quality aspects.

You will collaborate closely with the structuring and trading desk to understand the specifics of a continuously evolvingdataset and provide optimal solutions for sourcing, storing, accessing and processing data, as well as with our technology team, to provide bespoke platform solutions to support our data pipeline.

This is an outstanding opportunity to be a part of a global team closely aligned with revenue generation.
The Quant Strat team applies specialist methods from mathematics, science and engineering to generate revenue.
You will have strong academic achievements, ideally a relevant university degree in quantitative disciple (e.g. computer science, maths, physics or engineering)
Any of the following are advantageous but not essential:

Experience building and maintaining front office risk and pricing systems.
Front end development experience e.g., with Angular
Experience with cloud technologies like AWS, Kubernetes
