Description
The post holder will assist the trained nurses whilst working in partnership
with other health care professionals, the patient and the family in delivering
evidenced-based practice to patient and clients.
The post holder will carry out direct patient care as documented in the under
the supervision of a Registered nurse and on completion of agreed
competencies.

General Medicine specialising in Renal and Diabetes.


The post holder will assist the trained nurses whilst working in partnership with other health care professionals, the patient and the family in delivering evidenced-based practice to patient and clients.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
