Location:
Mobile cleaning. Head office - Stanney Lane, Ellesmere Port, CH65 6QY.

Wage:
£10.42 per hour

Hours: 30 Hours per week a.m. to 8.30 a.m. & 2.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.

Who we are
Edsential provide high quality cleaning services to schools in Cheshire and surrounding areas.

We are passionate about ensuring the cleaning service in schools provides children and young people with the best possible environment for them to learn and thrive.

If successful, you will report to the Cleaning Team Leader and support the cleaning service at multiple locations. You'll be representing both Edsential and our customer's school in providing a safe and clean environment.

If successful, you will be required to undertake the following duties within all designated areas**:

General cleaning
Sweeping
Vacuum cleaning
Emptying litter bins
Polishing and dusting
Use of powered equipment where applicable

What do we require from you?

Experience of undertaking general cleaning duties is desirable but not essential
NVQ in Cleaning is desirable
Knowledge of Cross Contamination in a cleaning environment
Ability to communicate clearly, understand and follow instructions
Ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively
Ability to work alone and as a team
Awareness of the relevant legislation and guidance in working practices in relation to the safeguarding of children and young people is desirable but not essential.
Driving license
