A leading UK law firm with offices located throughout the country, are looking for a Housing Management/Property Litigation paralegal for their new Birmingham office.

The role is permanent.

The role will involve advising clients (registered Social Housing providers/private landlords) on a broad range of matters including (but not exclusively) anti-social behaviour, unauthorised occupiers and rent arrears

Specific duties include:

drafting andpreparing claim forms, preparing trial bundles, liaising with Court prior to trial, and assisting with general paralegal and administrative tasks in an effective and timely manner.

Relevant and significant experience in Housing Management and Property Litigation is essential, as is the ability to easily commute to Birmingham.
